Accomodation and Logistics
BPSC2022 will be offered as a co-located conference for in-person delegates, with all scientific content, accommodation, catering, and social activities housed across The Open University’s Walton Hall campus and the adjacent Kent’s Hill Park.
Kent’s Hill Park is located an easy ten-minute walk from the Open University. The path is away from traffic and step-free. Any accessibility arrangements required for access between the OU and Kents Hill Park will be provided based on individual needs.
While other hotels in the area are available, we encourage in-person delegates to book accommodation at Kent’s Hill Park to get the most out of the conference experience.
A block room reservation has been made for BPSC attendees. Please use this link to book your accommodation, and quote the following code in the promotion window: TOUKHP
Guests can choose to pay for a room only, or bed & breakfast.
Buffet dinner is also available for an extra cost. Please notify reception on arrival if dinner is required for any night of your stay. Note that if choosing to attend the optional icebreaker and conference dinner social events, evening meals will be provided on the 21st and 23rd June.
Facilities available to BPSC2022 delegates at Kent’s Hill Park include:
- Gym and squash courts
- Swimming pool and sauna
- Buffet restaurant
- Spacious lounge/bar area with 24 hour bar serving soft and alcoholic drinks
